The Lab is located in the department of Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering, 128 CE Barnhart Building, University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY 40546. It is equipped with high standard equipment for food and bioprocessing research. Our goal is to become the number one leading research lab for food process engineering in Kentucky.
